This can be used by services within the Council to choose contractors to carry out construction works which range from reactive day-to-day repairs, general maintenance works and minor projects up to the value to £50,000.
The framework agreement has reached a six-monthly interval and is being re-opened and re-advertised. It will allow existing contractors to update their information where necessary and for new contractors to apply. Those wishing to partake are asked to do so before 12 noon on 4 February 2014.

The current framework agreement is due to expire on 2 March 2014, with the new agreement starting the following day. It will cover a three-year programme of work, but will be re-opened and re-advertised at six monthly intervals in order to allow new contractors to apply.
Existing framework contractors that are happy with their existing submissions do not need to do anything, the Council has said, unless they wish to provide updates.
For new contractors, they should download or obtain a copy of the 'Supplier Appraisal Questionnaire', complete the required information as instructed and submit the completed form.
