NG Bailey has said its Engineering division has been awarded a £15m contract by Bowmer & Kirkland.
The contract will see the firm provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for a major office development at the new Aberdeen International Business Park.
The project, which is expected to take around 10 months to complete, will commence in the new year and will see NG Bailey design, supply, install and commission services for almost 400,000 sq ft of BREEAM 'Excellent'-rated office space, as well as a range of high-quality leisure facilities.
An additional 700,000 sq ft of office space, and a four-star hotel are also planned for the new business park.
Mike Darlington, Managing Director of NG Bailey's Engineering division, said: "This is one of the largest and most prestigious office parks currently being built in the UK, so we are delighted to be involved.
"We will be bringing our offsite manufacturing expertise to bear on this project, alongside our proven ability to deliver large and complex office developments to BREEAM 'Excellent' standard."
