CALA has opened its highly-anticipated showhomes at its development of family homes in Fairmilehead, Edinburgh.
The development will allow prospective buyers the opportunity to view two showhomes, which are both five bedroom properties.
The Lowther housetype has 2,289 sq ft of luxurious living space, with show-stopping features including a large open-plan kitchen, dining area with French doors and integral double garage linked to a utility room. Designed by Jeffreys Interiors, the Lowther is a bright and colourful home with meticulous attention to detail and a selection of statement pieces throughout.
The second home is the Crichton showhome with more than 1,800 sq ft of space and has four double bedrooms, two with en-suite, plus a fifth bedroom and lots of space on the ground floor.
The property is again designed by Jeffreys.
The development has generated high levels of interest since its launch less than six months ago, with the first phase already sold out.
Sarah Stanger, Sales and Marketing Director at CALA Homes (East), said: "Interest in Fairmilehead has been high since we launched, and the recent sales success at the development illustrates that there remains a demand for CALA homes in the desirable EH10 postcode area.
"These stunning new showhomes will give potential buyers a chance to really picture themselves at home, and we expect high visitor numbers over the coming weeks."
On completion, the development at Fairmilehead will feature 97 homes, ranging from detached four and five bedroom properties, to terraces and apartments.
