Scothaus, which provides advanced off-site manufactured (OSM) housing systems, has launched its new website.
The move reflects the further development of the company's systems, as well as the increasing interest being shown in the build system by the self-build customer.
In a joint venture co-operation with Sctoframe Timber Engineering, Scothaus offers an advanced, fully-closed panel build system being manufactured in the UK. It has now added three new wall options to its range, to allow customers to tailor the thermal performance of their homes, right up to Passivhaus standard.
Through the firm's new website, high quality animations of how each of the Scothaus wall options is constructed, as well as a four-minute 3D animation of how the Scothaus wall, floor and roof components are assembled on site to wind-and-watertight in just five days are featured. There are also explanations about the manufacturing process, and the advantages of building a Scothaus in terms of energy consumption and savings, build quality and finish, and speed of build.
