A well-known feature of Dundee's landscape could be demolished if Councillors agree to the move.
The former Salvation Army building in West Marketgait has lain empty for a number of years, as has the surplus properties of 23 and 24 North Lindsay Street and its associated boundary walls.
If the move is supported, are in line to be demolished by Masterton Ltd.
The project, costing £278, 215, would provide an opportunity to enhance the local environment.
Where possible, the demolition material will be re-used and recycled.
The local authority is due to discuss the move next week.
