Galliford Try Plc has been appointed as the preferred delivery partner for a £49.7m project to construct two new school campuses in Scotland.
Its Scottish business, Morrison Construction, has been appointed as the preferred contractor for the projects by hub South West Scotland Limited.
Following the financial close of the deal, Morrison Construction will undertake the building of the new Greenfaulds High School, Cumbernauld, in a contract potentially worth up to £26.5m, as well as the Clyde Valley Schools Campus in Wishaw, which represents a potential £23.2m project.
The Greenfaulds Campus will see 1,350 pupils accommodated in the new secondary school, while the new Clyde Valley Campus will cater for circa 1,018 pupils across the full age range from 3-18.
