Environmentally Sustainable Systems Ltd (ESS Ecology) has received the final company scores for the Achilles Utilities Vendor Database (UVDB) B1 audit.

The audit was conducted in August 2013.

Following the final review and sign off by the UVDB Steering Group Chairman and Achilles Director of Utilities, ESS Ecology's final scores have been upgraded.

The scores are averages for site and office-based management evaluation, and are as follows:

• Environment: 100%
• Quality: 100%.

With a programme of ambitious targets for all aspects of the company's managements systems, ESS Ecology said it was looking forward to maintaining its high standards, in addition to further developing its capabilities to serve a wide range of clients, with high requirements for the highest quality ecological monitoring assessment.

On the back of these successes, ESS Ecology plans to offer consultancy services to assist other companies in developing their QHSE management systems to approach similarly high standards of achievement and accreditation.
