A four-day hearing for Donald Trump's legal challenge to a proposed wind farm has been set for November, the BBC has reported.
Earlier this year, Mr Trump's legal team launched legal action to try to stop the £230m development being built near his luxury golf resort at Balmedie, Aberdeen.
The wind farm development consists of 11 turbines and the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC) project is aimed at providing enough energy for more than 49,000 homes.
Trump launched the legal challenge against a decision by the Scottish Government to grant permission.
A Scottish Courts Service spokeswoman confirmed: "There is a four-day hearing fixed for the petition for judicial review on 12 November at the Court of Session."
