Energy efficiency and electrical safety are to be discussed at the next meeting of East Renfrewshire Council's landlord forum.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday 27 August 2013 at Eastwood House, Eastwood Park, Giffnock. It will start at 6.30pm and two guest speakers will lead the discussion and take questions from the floor.
David Newitt of Home Energy Scotland will address various topics on energy efficiency including a number of schemes that are in place to save landlords money and make let properties more energy efficient.
The other speaker will be Wayne MacKay of The Electrical Safety Council who will give a talk on landlord's responsibilities in terms of electrical safety in Scotland.
