The West Ross road in the Highlands remains closed today to allow essential repairs to be carried out.
The section affected is the A832 road between Kinlochewe and Gairloch.
Following a period of bad weather and heavy flooding, the road suffered significant damage in two locations. The first is at Loch Bad na Sgallaig, while the second is at the top of Kerry Falls where half the carriageway, over a 25-metre stretch, requires resurfacing.
The road is expected to remain closed until at least lunchtime today (31 July) when the situation will be reviewed.
