Councillors in Dumfries and Galloway are being asked to consider a number of options relating to the final phase of a neighbourhood renewal scheme.
According to the BBC, the three options relate to a scheme in Stranraer.
A total of £100k, which was set aside to develop community facilities, still has to be allocated by the Council.
The redevelopment programme has currently seen 200 'low demand' dwellings demolished and more than 300 new homes built. The work is part of a wider £77m project in the region.
The total cost has been split three ways between social landlord DGHP, the Scottish Government and the local authority.
The Wigtown Area Committee will now be asked to consider three options for the remaining amount of council cash earmarked for community improvement works.
The first option would see the money allocated towards a replacement building on the site of the former Dicks Hill resource centre.
The second sets out the case for the refurbishment of the community building at Agnew Park - which local people say is not being used to its full potential because of its condition and limited facilities.
The final option for councillors is to support the development of a Wigtownshire Community Sports Centre in Stranraer - complete with indoor bowling centre, a ten-pin bowling alley, a multi-functional games room, and a café.
