Miller Construction has appointed a new director for its Scottish operations.

David Leishman is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 30 years’ experience working in the Scottish construction industry.

He has joined Miller from Forth Electrical Facilities Management Ltd where he held the position of Commercial Director for the Southern Region.

Mr Leishman was also at BAM Construction in Senior Management positions for 30 years, including Commercial Director for the Scottish Region.

Chris Webster, Chief Executive, Miller Construction, said: "We are delighted to welcome David to the Miller Construction team.

"David has an excellent reputation in the Scottish Construction industry and has the experience and capabilities to lead the commercial team. Miller also recently appointed Charlie Dunn as the company’s Managing Director.
