Leith Premier Inn Extension Completed

Construction is now complete on the extension to the Premier Inn at Newhaven Place in Leith.

Lawrence McPherson Associates designed the 53-bedroom extension, which brings the total number of bedrooms now to 134.

The works also included an extension and upgrade to the reception of the hotel.

Ogilvie Construction carried out the works, which were completed on time and on budget.

The works mark the second extension to the Newhaven place Premier by Lawrence McPherson Associates.

The Newhaven Place project is one of a number of projects in Scotland designed by Lawrence McPherson Associates for Premier Inn which is currently on site or in the design stages.
