Housing and care provider Sanctuary Group has appointed a new Business Development Director for Scotland.
A spokesperson said that Beth McNeil's appointment marked Sanctuary's commitment to expanding the range of services it provides to clients and partners in Scotland.
Sanctuary currently provides 4,500 homes and services to residents across Glasgow, Cumbernauld and Dundee, and has embarked on a multi-million pound development programme involving the construction of around 900 homes over the next three and a half years.
Ms McNeil, who joins from Keepmoat, brings a wealth of experience from across the construction, maintenance and social housing sectors and will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities in the region, including in the provision of social care and maintenance services.
She said: "Sanctuary has established an excellent reputation for providing high quality, cost effective services and I am delighted to be joining the organisation at such an exciting time.
"My priorities will be to support the Group's objective to deliver a more enhanced service to both existing and potential clients in Scotland and I look forward to developing the market and helping the Group achieve its ambitious targets."
