A Perthshire company recently supplied a floor levelling system to a 300-flat development in London.
The A. Proctor Group used Profloor Levelling System to even out the existing floor at the St Paul’s Way development in east London.
Profloor was developed so that a level, finished floor could be laid on a cambered, stepped or uneven sub-floor.
The system is used on typical structural concrete floors where differences in level are too great for a finished floor.
The floor is levelled by inserting packers in each Levelling Base to adjust the level of the timber battens and create a level finished floor, wet trades being completely eliminated.
A spokesperson for the A Proctor Group said the Profloor was "ideal for new build flats and conversions to flats where impact and airborne sound reduction is mandatory".
