As part of the deal, Laweco UK is being integrated into Easilift's infrastructure, with the company's Jon Tridgell becoming Easilift's new Operations Director.
Easilift Loading Systems has supplied Laweco products for a number of years, but the new arrangement enables greater integration to provide total loading bay solutions.
Mt Tridgell said: "Laweco products are a complementary fit for Easilift's own range of dock pods, levellers and platforms, so it makes good commercial sense to bring together our products and expertise."

The company is the UK's market leader in the supply of double-deck trailer (DDT) loading solutions, and the partnership with Laweco has already seen Easilift supply in excess of 300 DDT lifting platforms into the UK since 2004.
With Easilift now Laweco's sole UK distributor, customers are benefiting from a shortened supply chain.
