A series of workshops will take place over the next few months, with the aim of helping Scottish businesses take advantage of opportunities in the offshore wind supply chain.
Run by Scottish Enterprise, they will be tailored to local sector and location strengths.
An event on August 29 will highlight opportunities for engineering companies, while one on September 29 will look at maintenance and innovation.
Scottish Enterprise said each event would take into account the specific elements that business have asked for, including:
* presentations from industry and company experts
* case studies from Scottish companies who have already become part of the offshore wind supply chain or are in the process of doing so
* specialist advice from Scottish Enterprise to help companies take advantage of these emerging opportunities
Other events, held in venues from Kilmarnock to Edinburgh and Dundee, will provide training on surveying, manufacturing and balance of plant.
They will also provide an opportunity for participants to network with industry experts on a one to one basis.
