Aberdeen City Council is to convert a dilapidated city property to create supported living accommodation for people with learning difficulties.
The traditional 18th century B-listed building had been converted previously from a detached house into flats. It is unoccupied and has fallen into a state of disrepair.
The Development Management Sub-committee unanimously approved a planning application by the council to convert the three flats into five one-bedroom flats, each with a bedroom, living room/kitchen and shower room, with a small office and staff accommodation.
