Miller Construction has appointed chartered surveyor David Stobie as Business Development Director for its Scottish region. Mr Stobie has 23 years' experience in the construction industry, and has been a key figure in business development for the last 11 years.
Chris Webster of Miller Construction said Mr Stobie was a "very welcome addition". He said: "The industry is still facing a challenging period, but we are confident that by having the right people in place, we will be in the best position to maximise on opportunities when they arise. David’s appointment is in line with our strategy which is seeing us focus on chosen markets with specific programmes of work.
