Lovell has appointed Tad Baranski as national business development manager for the company’s repairs and maintenance business.

Tad, who was previously group proposition director for Connaught, will head up the business development team nationally, further developing the Lovell offer to customers and securing new opportunities in the public and private sector.
Simon Medler, managing director of the Lovell repairs and maintenance business, said: "Tad has 35 years’ experience of the social housing market as a client, supplier and consultant and is therefore perfectly placed to drive our national business development strategy. He shares our commitment to developing offers that deliver lower cost and improved services for customers."
Tad’s career has included working as assistant director of Housing for Salford City Council and as the director of his own social housing consultancy.
Lovell’s repairs and maintenance team looks after more than 200,000 domestic and commercial properties across the UK. Services provided include day-to-day responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs. The team has carried out over 311,000 repairs or service related visits in the last 12 months.
