Lomond Homes HQ Accommodation Offered

Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by Lomond Homes to offer a prestigious headquarter office and warehouse building in Glenrothes for sale or lease.

The property, located at Lomond Business Park, a quality business environment providing high specification business units, has become available as a result of the proposed relocation of Lomond Homes to an alternative unit within the Business Park.

Jonathan Reid, commercial partner in Shepherd’s Kirkcaldy office, said: "Constructed in 2005, Unit 1 is a purpose-built headquarters building comprising a balanced mix of high quality office and production/warehouse space.

"The office accommodation comprises a range of open plan and private offices with a boardroom facility and has been finished to a superior standard. Consequently, we are anticipating a healthy level of interest in this rarely available, quality accommodation."

The property offers 4,300 sq ft of high quality office accommodation and 10,340 sq ft of warehouse and production space which provides an eaves height of 6.75 metres and loading via three roller shutter vehicular access doors.

The property is served with 32 private car spaces and a large storage and circulation yard which is part enclosed with steel security fencing.

Shepherd is inviting offers in the region of £695,000, while rental offers may be considered.
