On behalf of a private investor James Barr’s Edinburgh agency team has concluded a third letting to a new tenant at Vantage Point, Corstorphine Road, Edinburgh.
Global wind turbine manufacturer Enercon will manage their UK sales and project management operations from the building and have taken a 15 year lease over Suite B on the first floor.
The 2,031 sq ft office suite was created following the successful sub-division of the first floor to accommodate market demand and facilitate an earlier letting which concluded in April 2011.
Lewis Pentland of James Barr commented: "The out of town office market continues to be challenging but our client has protected their investment by going the extra mile to ensure Vantage Point stands out from the competition. We are delighted to have secured a global covenant such as Enercon. There is now only one remaining suite and we expect to identify an occupier and convert a final letting soon which will see the building fully let."
Enercon representative, Jann Braselmann said: "Vantage Point provides the quality and accessibility which we required for our new UK sales and project management headquarters. It is well presented and accessible for both our customers and staff."
Vantage Point is strategically located on St John’s Road, being the main Western route to and from Edinburgh city centre. The property has been fully refurbished and following 3 recent lettings, only the top floor remains available to let, providing 3,630 sq ft of office accommodation together with 7 car parking spaces. Space is available to let from £12.00 sq ft subject to lease term and tenant covenant.
