Alastair Cumming of GVA joint agent for Queens House said: "We are delighted to welcome Wilson McKendrick LLP, Xltec and Emobix to Queens House. It is testament to the quality of the refurbishment that has been undertaken by Picton UK Listed Real Estate that it has attracted these high calibre occupiers.

"Whilst this is an excellent achievement in any market, it is all the more significant given the current challenging market conditions."

Ross Jubin of Ryden said: "The high quality refurbishment has set new standards in terms of small boutique office accommodation in the city centre. Queen House now provides high quality office accommodation at the heart of Glasgow's business community.

"We are able to offer fully refurbished suites ranging from 600 sq ft up to 2,000 sq ft with the option of secure basement car parking."

The letting agents at Queens House are GVA and Ryden.
