A new route onto the Tay Road Bridge for Dundee city centre eastbound traffic heading to Fife has opened recently.
The latest phase in the multi-million pound transformation of Dundee's waterfront comes ahead of the demolition of Tayside House, and completes the 3-stage alteration to roads and ramps around the bridge which started earlier in October.
Eastbound traffic coming from Riverside Roundabout will now use what was until recently the bridge's off-ramp to access the Tay Road Bridge heading towards Fife.
The three-stage project has cost £5.5 million and has been funded by Dundee City Council, Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Government.
New routes for getting on and off the bridge have been put in place along with a new westbound carriageway under the Tay Road Bridge.
