A leading Icynene insulation contractor is the latest company to have been accepted as a member of Energy Action Scotland, the national charity working to end fuel poverty.
The commitment of Eco Insulate Ltd. to help reduce the combined effects of high energy costs and poorly insulated buildings on tenants and homeowners make them an ideal candidate for membership of Energy Action Scotland.
The recent announcement follows on from their involvement with the Energy Efficiency Learning Networks run by the SFHA and their work on various pilot schemes for a number of social housing providers.
Energy Action Scotland was established in 1983 to develop and promote effective solutions to heat homes.
As one of their supporters eco Insulate Ltd believe that by providing advice and information that can be easily accessed by both the public and professionals alike, the health, social and economic problems caused by fuel poverty can be successfully addressed.
