Thirty-one affordable homes have been completed at Allander Road, Bearsden.
Convener of Housing and Social Services at East Dunbartonshire Council, Councillor Amanda Stewart, attended a special event to mark the completion.
This is the fourth and final development to be delivered in a partnership arrangement between Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association, East Dunbartonshire Council, Cruden Estates and The Scottish Government.
The partnership has provided 103 much needed affordable homes since 2006 throughout the East Dunbartonshire area.
Speaking at the event, managing director of Castle Rock Edinvar, Alister Steele, said: "This development marks the successful conclusion of a tripartite agreement between the public and private sectors and a housing association which has created not only affordable housing but thriving new communities throughout East Dunbartonshire."
Councillor Stewart added: "It gives me great pleasure to see these fabulous new flats occupied by local people, all of whom had been waiting for some considerable time to have a home of their own. In East Dunbartonshire we are working with our partners to tackle the shortage of affordable housing in the area, and this new development is another step in the right direction."
