Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has secured the largest office transaction in Inverness in 2011 with the let of 5,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation at Oykel House (Building C5) Cradlehall Business Park to well known Inverness-based telecommunications company Highnet.

Sandy Rennie, Head of Shepherd’s commercial department in Inverness, said: “We’re delighted to secure this deal within an emerging business park. As the largest office transaction in Inverness so far this year, this deal confirms the buoyancy of demand in the competitive market for prime commercial space in Inverness.”
