Following a competitive tender, specialist shop and office fit-out and maintenance company, AGM Group has recently won £500,000 worth of contracts from Riverside Inverclyde.
The works include the refurbishment of four industrial units at Drumfrochar Industrial Estate in Greenock, replacing sections of the roof at Custom House Building and the refurbishment of serviced offices at Victoria House.
The refurbishment work at Drumfrochar Industrial Estate includes reintroducing the dividing wall between units one and two, installation of new suspended ceilings throughout; modern fit-out to all offices, toilets and corridor areas; and to strip-out and replace all doors, windows and roller shutters which will result in four contemporary modern industrial units.
At Victoria House, AGM Group will complete a comprehensive refurbishment of the common areas, including new ceilings, a double glazed partition Board Room, new kitchen, new lighting, carpeting and a custom manufactured signing-in desk.
