Taylor Shepherd Homes Buy Church Hall

Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has sold St Aidans Church Hall in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, to Taylor Shepherd Homes for £405,000 following the granting of planning permission and listed building consent.

The redevelopment will provide premises for a funeral director and the provision of six residential units, fourof which are in a new building.

Located at 100 St Vincent Street, within central Broughty Ferry, the town’s retail centre is a short distance walk.
