FG Burnett Is Brains Behind Intelligent Move

Commercial property agents FG Burnett have acquired a 2115 sq ft office at Cadell House, Waterloo Street, Glasgow, on behalf of Intelligent Pensions Ltd.

A five year lease at rent of £15 per sq ft, with a three year break, was agreed and the deal was arranged and fit-out completed within a ten week time frame.

FG Burnett also provided space planning and project management advice in the fit-out of the new office and the client completed the relocation on schedule.

FG Burnett director, Gavin Smith, said: “The client was looking to move from a business centre location to a high quality, more permanent office. We were able to identify and conclude the lease and mange the fit-out in only 10 weeks, which met the client’s requirements.

“We believe the client will benefit from significant occupational costs savings as a result of the relocation.”

Chartered surveyors CRGP Robertson LLP acted on behalf of the private landlord to facilitate the tight timescales. David Allen of CRGP Roberston, said: “Cadell House is a striking office development in the heart of Glasgow’s central business district, offering flexible high grade accommodation. Intelligent Pensions are a welcome addition to the building and are an excellent match for our desired tenant profile.”
