Commenting on his new appointment, Mr Blanski said: “I’d recently been looking for a new challenge and a new opportunity in Kirkcaldy with an established and progressive firm, and I’m delighted to join Shepherd. Having worked throughout Kirkcaldy and Fife over recent years, I look forward to carrying on where John left off through the management of our residential valuation team in Kirkcaldy.”

Ian Fergusson, the Managing Partner at Shepherd, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Richard to the firm and will put his local knowledge and skills to good use to help progress the Kirkcaldy and Fife markets for Shepherd.

“As an APC assessor, Richard will also play an active role in our strategy for the in-house development of surveying professionals by helping bring new surveyors through to qualification.”
