Councillors Make Caravan Park Decision

Plans to expand Eyemouth Caravan Park are to be considered by councillors in the borders for a second time.

Last month the Scottish Borders Council deferred a decision on Humberts Leisure's proposal for 46 static homes in order to examine location and improved screening.

Planning officers have recommended the scheme for approval with conditions.

The project has raised concerns over visual impact and loss of open space.
