National law firm HBJ Gateley Wareing’s social housing and regeneration department has maintained the top Tier 1 position in this year’s Legal 500, the respected UK legal directory.

The ten strong team, headed up by Heather Pearson, a partner with the firm for over 15 years, has worked on a number of high profile deals including advising Dunedin Canmore Housing Association on the acquisition of multi-development sites in Edinburgh, Midlothian and West Lothian.

The team has recently expanded its focus to include urban and commercial regeneration, community energy schemes, healthcare and assisted living, as well as traditional social housing.
