Over £10 million of new contracts has been secured by Clark Contracts, the construction, refurbishment and maintenance company.
Among the contracts is the £2 million refurbishment and fit out of the GMB Union’s offices at Fountain House, at Charing Cross, Glasgow and the £580,000 refurbishment of Erskine Swimming Pool for Renfrewshire Council.
Also included is the £1.5m project awarded by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde at the Western Infirmary in Glasgow, to completely refurbish Level 9 of the hospital building.
And, Samuel Smith Old Brewery has appointed Clark Contracts to carry out a refurbishment project at The Doo’cot Inn, Edinburgh.
Clark Contracts’ Small Works Division has also contributed significantly to the company’s overall success, winning a refurbishment contract from James Watt College and extending the reception and creating a new cafe area at Clydebank College.
