Joint Administrators of Ailsa Investments Ltd have instructed property advisor GVA Grimley Ltd to dispose of a development site in a prominent area of Edinburgh.
The site at South Trinity Road, formerly Trinity Park House, extends to 6.4 acres and currently holds planning consent for 256 residential units.
Simon Capaldi of GVA Grimley said: "The site is in a prominent area of Edinburgh and has already attracted a significant level of interest. While planning permission has been granted for residential units, the site would also be suitable for a variety of alternative uses."
