Two busy rural roads on the outskirts of Aberdeen have been closed for up to a fortnight for construction work as repairs are carried out.
The Cults to Kingshill road will be shut from Ladyhill Road to about 50m west of the Mains of Countesswells.
And Countesswells Road will be closed from its junction with the Cults to Kingshill road, to the Mains of Countesswells access.
Aberdeen City Council said the closure was on safety grounds, for resurfacing and drainage work.
The diversion route is via Springhill Road, North Deeside Road, Baillieswells Road, Ladyhill Road and the Cults to Kingshill Road .
