Riverside Inverclyde (ri) has confirmed that 2020 Renewables has opened its new offices in Clyde View, east of Greenock.

2020 Renewables is a new organisation with experienced personnel who have a proven track record in developing, constructing and operating wind farms since 1990. Commenting on the opening of the new office at Clyde View, 2020 Renewables said: "We are delighted to be based in Greenock in this high quality office accommodation. The accommodation provides an excellent opportunity to allow new and established companies to grow."

Becoming the second renewable energy company to take occupancy in Clyde View, 2020 Renewables has agreed terms to occupy a first floor suite which extends to 1,500 sqft and has signed up to a 3 year deal.

Bill Nicol, CEO of Riverside Inverclyde said: "We are thrilled to welcome another high calibre occupier to Clyde View. The building is one of ri's flagship projects and has been built to a high quality to meet the needs of new and expanding businesses."

Clyde View is the keystone attraction of Riverside Business Park, a high profile, prominent location of just under 2 hectares, situated on the main A8 transport corridor into Inverclyde.
