A £7m property fraud trial has collapsed.
Several people went on trial in January at the High Court in Glasgow accused of being part of a fraud scheme to get money, mortgages and property however all charges have now been dropped.
Eight men and a woman were alleged to have carried out the fraudulent activity over a four-year period at various premises in Aberdeen.
Three people walked free last week while prosecutors dropped all charges against six men who remained on trial yesterday.
