An oil and gas well flow management company, Expro North Sea Ltd, has agreed a new lease on a 3,772 sq ft office suite at Kings Park House, Laurelhill Business Park, Stirling.

In a deal structured by Ryden, Expro has taken a new five-year lease on the ground floor suite at a rent of £13 per sq ft.

This follows a letting at the property in September 2009 to The Civil Aviation Authority, who took the 3,772 sq ft first floor suite.

Only 1,896 sq ft of vacant office space now remains at the property.

Iain Taylor of Ryden commented on the deal: "The recent letting activity at Kings Park House shows that there is continued occupier demand for good quality office accommodation in Stirling.

"The suites only became vacant in August 2009 and our Building Consultancy team moved swiftly to refurbish the accommodation to meet current occupier standards, which enabled us to secure two high-quality tenants for our client."

Ryden and Jones Lang LaSalle acted as joint letting agents on behalf of the landlord.
