Fit Out Firm Completes Major Office Contract

Aberdeen based Accommodation Services Management (ASM) is celebrating the completion of its first major contract in Glasgow.

The contract came on the back of a successful design and fit-out project by ASM at Westhill, Aberdeenshire for Central Insurance Services Limited.

Located at 140 West George Street in Glasgow's business heartland, the new office has been designed internally to reflect the high standards set by Central Insurance Services who, apart from requiring an efficient, modern office, also place great emphasis on quality of environment and staff care, as well as impressing visiting clients. A move towards a "corporate style" is reflected in the internal finishes, and the design echoes that carried out at Westhill.

The work, which included the installation of communications network cabling, partitioning and alterations to existing services was carried out over a short timescale, and completed at the end of December 2009.

Central Insurance Services management and staff are delighted with the new offices and have been extremely complimentary.

The successful delivery of the Glasgow project has further developed the working relationship between ASM and Central Insurance Services; a further project is now in hand, with a refurbishment of the Central Insurance Services offices in Kendal due for completion in early 2010.

Iain Henry, Managing Director of Central Insurance Services commented: "I am delighted with our new office, which reflects the high standards and excellent working relationship we have come to expect from ASM."

Frank Maughan, managing director of ASM, said: "In these challenging times, the value of a client relationship cannot be overestimated, and we are delighted to continue to work with Central Insurance Services and to share their aspirations and expectations in terms of delivering a high quality service."
