UBC Hebrides have just completed the second phase of Milkinghill housing development in the village of Tong, on the Isle of Lewis.

The first phase was for the Muirneag Housing Association, the second phase was for the Hebridean Housing Partnership.

As well as working successfully with the associations, the contracts gave UBC the opportunity to continue their successful relationship with Reynold's Architecture to develop homes where renewable energy and sustainability were key features.

UBC Hebrides have wished the new residents of Milkinghill "all the very best" and said they look forward to continuing to provide affordable homes across the Hebrides chain.
