On behalf of a private investor, James Barr’s Edinburgh agency team has secured the first tenant at Vantage Point, Corstorphine Road.

Following a full refurbishment a deal has been struck with National Grid for a ten-year lease at £14.00 per sq ft over 4,839 sq ft of open plan office accommodation.
