Through a mixture of repeat business and new clients, Stewart Milne Construction has been awarded new contracts totalling around £10 million.
The contracts, which are for a variety of projects throughout Scotland, range from social housing developments to private clients; and from hotels to churches.
In Perthshire, following the successful completion of a number of projects for Perthshire Housing Association, the company will design and build 36 flats in High Street, Auchterarder.
Other projects include: a first project of houses and flats for Link Housing Association in Bonnybridge; alterations and extensions to Crieff Hydro Hotel in Perthshire; two separate projects for the Church of Scotland in Glasgow; temporary works for Banff and Buchan College in Fraserburgh; and a private client contract in Forfar.
Commenting on the new contracts, Bill Imlach, Managing Director of Stewart Milne Construction, said: "We are pleased to have secured such a diverse range of construction projects across a number of sectors with new and existing clients. This gives us a solid pipeline until summer 2010 and is testament to our expertise in both new build and refurbishment works."
