A top home automation company has been adding to the attractions of an innovative new homes' development.

The HBS Group contracted Cleverhouse - the Glasgow firm run by Erik Hansen - to install a high quality, functional and stylish product into each property at Winston Barracks.

Included in the specification of each home is the Multi-Room system as well as several Flat Screen TVs and a multitude of audiovisual equipment.

"So when the customer moves in, a fully functional and user-friendly Cleverhouse entertainment system is waiting for them," said Mr Hansen.


The site's unrivalled level of specification means Cleverhouse installed the equipment as standard in each town house and apartment.

"The system can distribute up to six sources of input (eg satellite tv, Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod, radio), to four rooms of each property.

"Simple keypads and remote controls provide intuitive yet sophisticated control over the system and sleek in-ceiling speakers guarantee punchy stereo reproduction," continued Mr Hansen.

He also noted that the integrated solutions are available in a multitude of designs and allow fingertip control anywhere within the home.
