Shepherd Sells Repossessed Pub Unit

Acting on behalf of London Scottish, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has sold a repossessed pub unit.

The property at 240 Dalmarnock Road to Clyde Gateway has been sold as part of the regeneration project for the East End for £95,000.

Jamie Savage, commercial surveyor at Shepherd, said: "Occupying a prominent site at the corner of Dalmarnock Road and Playfair Street, the sale of this 4,700 sq ft property provides encouraging evidence of the ongoing regeneration of Glasgow's east end."
