Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has let a refurbished workshop office and yard facility in Aberdeen for £80,000.

Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Harbour Board, Shepherd let the facility to Hutton's Ship Chandlers.

The property at 10 Sinclair Road is located in the harbour area of Aberdeen and comprises a detached workshop and office facility extending to 12,600 sq ft with associated yard and parking areas, which was substantially refurbished.

Gareth Evans, surveyor at J&E Shepherd in Aberdeen, said: "Sinclair Road is an established industrial location and the surrounding properties are given over to a mixture of harbour related uses, including traditional fish house premises, storage buildings, workshop and office facilities.

"The property’s location provides strong communication links to both the city centre and harbour area. We are pleased to be able to see a tenant of the Harbour Board growing into larger premises and wish them every success."
