Solar Surveys Ltd is a structural engineering practice built exclusively for the commercial solar PV sector. We don't survey residential properties. We don't do general building surveys. Our in-house engineers produce complete solar PV design packages: CAD roof layouts, system specifications, shading analysis and G99/G98 electrical application support: all produced by the same team that conducted the structural survey. One firm. One point of responsibility.
ELECTRICAL SURVEYS & DNO SUPPORT
Our electrical engineers assess the existing electrical infrastructure at each site: MPAN analysis, main incomer capacity, switchgear condition, inverter location suitability, and manage the G99 or G98 DNO connection application from submission through to agreement. One team, end to end.
PLANNING PERMISSION & CAD SERVICES
Not every commercial solar installation benefits from Permitted Development rights. Where planning permission is required: or where permitted development conditions cannot be met: we produce the CAD drawings, technical reports and planning documentation needed to navigate the process. Our engineers know what local planning authorities require. We build submissions structured to meet those requirements.
