About Guaranteed Spray Foam Removal Ltd

Guaranteed spray foam removal ltd a company you can trust!!

As experienced later life lending specialists, we take pride in helping our customers get the most out of their retirement. We provide independent advice on the whole of market, so we can provide the most suitable option for your needs. We are happy to provide an initial free no obligation consultation in your home. Our advice is fully independent and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

What is equity release?

Equity release allows you to access the value held up in your home and turn it into money you can spend as you wish.

How much equity you can release depends on your age, how much your property is worth and how much you choose to borrow.

People over 55 often have little or no outstanding mortgage and lots of value tied up in their home. Many others have an interest only mortgage and no way of repaying it.

Equity release could help in either of these situations.

No obligation quotation
Once we have received the above details from you, we will then be able to put together a competitive quote. All of our quotes and onsite surveys are free and there is no obligation for you to choose us. We will take the final measurements of your property when we arrive to start work. If for any reason the price of the quote changes, you are under no obligation to continue and we are happy to leave. This is extremely unlikely, we just like to give you all of the information in case of such an event.

Work commences
Once you have accepted the quote, we will book a date convenient for yourself, at our earliest availability. On the agreed date, our engineers will arrive at your property and will begin the process by protecting your carpet and any belongings you may have in the immediate area of the loft hatch. If your loft is not fully boarded, we will lay down protective sheeting and boards for safety. Once this stage has been completed, the engineers will then begin the process of spray foam removal. Depending on the size of the property, this can take on average between 2-5 days.

Work completed
Once the work has been completed, our engineers will tidy up behind themselves and bag up all of the old insulation. Your property will be hoovered and left nice and tidy, just how we found it. Once the work has been finished, we will kindly ask you to make payment. Our team will then send us the before and after photos from your loft. These will be included in a document, along with a certificate of completion, ready for your surveyor to view. These documents will be sent to you via email.

Guaranteed spray foam removal promise
Here at Guaranteed Spray Foam Removal, we promise that our work will be finished to a high standard, that will meet your surveyors requirements. If for any reason your surveyor was not happy, we will come back to your property within 3 days, or immediately if possible to rectify the problem. If the surveyor is still not happy, we will refund your money in full. That is our 100% guarantee to you! Customer satisfaction is very important to us, this is why we come highly recommended.

Open cell spray foam insulation
Open cell spray foam is very easy to identify as it is very fluffy and soft to touch. If you have open cell spray foam you will literally be able to poke your finger into it without any trouble at all. This type of spray foam is less likely to cause damage to your wooden support beams and batons. The reason for this is because it allows your roof to breath better than closed cell does.

Closed cell spray foam insulation
Closed cell spray foam is the complete opposite from open cell. Closed is not fluffy or soft to touch. it is very dense and hard to touch, you can not just softly poke your finger into it. As you can see in the photo above closed cell doesn't normally expand out as much as open cell. Its tiny dense cells tightly pressed together are less porous and not breathable. This is why closed cell can cause more problems.

We guarantee our work will pass your surveyors inspection or your money back.
Just like our name says, we guarantee to remove the spray foam from your roof to a standard that suits your surveyors requirements. In the very unlikely event your surveyor was not happy with our work, our guarantee to you is this; We will come back immediately to rectify the problem your surveyor has pointed out. If the surveyor is still not happy, we will give you your money back in full. This has never happen to date, we have a 100% success rate. This is especially important if you are selling your home
