RESIN PRODUCTS
There are three main types of resin flooring which we install across Derbyshire and the UK. These are epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and polyaspartic (fast-curing) resin. Each can be adapted to different resin systems and can be installed to many different specifications.

We install our own brand of resin products as well as using products from approved manufacturers.

EPOXY RESIN
What is epoxy resin? Epoxy resin is a material that is used to install flooring in industrial, commercial and domestic settings. It is a versatile substance and is used as a key material in many flooring systems. This includes Anti slip systems, Self levelling floors and within more Decorative finishes.

We install epoxy resin flooring throughout the UK and have over thirty years of experience. One of the most common sectors where epoxy-based systems are used is within the automotive sectors. This includes within car showrooms, workshops and garages.

POLYASPARTIC FLOORING
Polyaspartic is a type of resin flooring which maintains the durability of a resin product but with much shorter cure time.

In busy industrial settings having a durable floor is essential. However, it may be that there is not enough time within the shutdown periods to have a resin floor installed with longer cure time. A polyaspartic floor has the benefit of being able to withstand light traffic after a few hours when the correct temperature and conditions are met. Therefore, if you are needing a resin floor which is strong and ready to be used after a few hours, a fast curing polyaspartic resin flooring product may be the right choice for you.

LIQUID LINO FLOORING

Especially attributed to the education and healthcare sector liquid lino or ‘comfort resin flooring‘ is often installed in instances where an extremely hygienic, easy to clean and flexible floor is needed. This type of cushioned flooring is made up of several layers of a flexible polyurethane resin is installed with a flow applied method after appropriate priming and surface preparation has been achieved.

Unlike a standard linoleum sheeting, poured linoleum flooring provides a seamless system which has many advantages over a standard lino floor. One of the main benefits of a resin lino floor is its noise reducing benefits. Because of its chemical structure the floors softened surface absorbs the sound of heavy footprints creating quieter environment. This is especially sort after in areas with high footfall as it dampens the noise of high traffic areas such as education buildings and leisure facilities.
