NEST Roofing & Building Ltd

We had new roofs fitted by Nest Roofing & Building in September 2021. Initially we were happy with the roofs, albeit the sloppy service provided by the roofers: a hammer dropped on our conservatory roof, rubbish not cleared away as promised in the contract, etc. One of the other roofers ended up doing it though they were part of a different team. There were issues with the smaller roof at the back still leaking but eventually fixed after a couple of months. We then had an issue with water coming into the front bedroom and reported this in September 2023 and were told a couple of times Nest would be out to repair this. Now all communication has broken down and they have passed the blame on to the neighbours roof being the problem. They really should have discovered the issue when first surveying our roof. Upon investigating their company on the government website it looks like they may be struggling and on the verge of collapse!
